Hi there

Thanks for your enquiry.

The cause of this problem may be one of two things:

1) Please make sure you have already created the folders catalog/av/cinesound_av in your server directory.

2) Please make sure you have set the permissions for the folder cinesound_av so that you can write to it. If you are using a windows server, you will need to use the IIS administration console to do this.

To check if the problem is 1) or 2), manually drag and drop (or FTP) the video file to the catalog/av/cinesound_av folder, then go to your Cinesound AV control panel and see if you can see the video in the preview section. If you can, then you have correctly set up the folers, but need to adjust the permissions to allow writing to the cinesound_av folder.

I hope this helps.

Nick

I tried asking the file via FTP, but nothing. I always Q quicktime in the preview.
permissions to cinesound_av folder are 777

Hi

Could you post a screenshot of your PAPs admin panel showing the settings for the video unit you have set up?

Something like the image attached...

Thanks
