Radio buttons not visible 6 Months ago
Hi !

I've just installed PAPs v2.0 plus and everything is working accept the radio buttons. I can click on an image so the main image changes, but the attribute doesn't change. As a result of that, the product in the shopping cart doesn't have the right value.

I've checked the names of the attribute names and values and they are the same.

I would like people to choose a color for e.g. a t-shirt, and then just add that to the shopping cart, without having to click on the dropdown additionally.

Hi

Thanks for purchasing our product.

If your attribute names (e.g. color) and attribute values (e.g. red) have been set up in PAPs and are identical to those you set up in Product Attributes, then you just need to set 'Ignore product attributes' to 'No', then set 'Allow Attribute Selection' to 'Yes'.

Even if your attributes don't have a price differential (i.e. they all cost the same as the default product), you still need to enter a differential of '+ or - 0.00' in Product Attributes.

If you check all of this and the product attribute dropdown menu is still visible in the product info page, you need to check that you have pasted the PAPs code into product_info.php in the correct place.

If you still have problems after following these instructions, please send me the URL of the product page so I can take a closer look.

Hope this helps.

Nick

Hi Nick,

I followed your answer ('Ignore product attributes' to 'No', then set 'Allow Attribute Selection' to 'Yes' and it now works!

I simply missed the option 'Allow Attribute Selection' to 'Yes' when I had set the 'Ignore product attributes' to 'No'.

Thanks for the VERY fast reply !
