Problem in shopping cart. 2 Years, 6 Months ago
Hi,

This is useful product.

I installed shareware. product images shows in the product info page. when clicking on add to cart button the error shows

Warning: require(includes/modules/paps_layout/paps4cart.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

There is no file in the download directory.

My Request:

Will the attribute image show by selecting color in attribute dropdown box. I added two colors red and blue and four images for each attribute. All images show in the product info page instead if we select red then images should show only red attributes same as blue. Both color images display now. If we follow this we can avoid long page display. If we use Ten colors for each ten images how will the page will be?

Thanks in advance
thomas

Hello and thank you for your enquiry.

I think you must be using the v3.0 Shareware distribution (check in the heading of the PAPs admin page to confirm).

In step 4 of the installation instructions, it says you should NOT perform step 4 for the sharweware version. It looks like you added some PAPs code to your shopping_cart.php page which should not be there.

This is because attributes cannot be selected for inclusion in the cart in the shareware version. Attribute pictures in the cart page are also only available in the premium version of PAPs.

Thumbnails can only be enlarged by clicking on them. If you want to fit more thumbnails onto one page, you would need to reduce the width of the thumbnails in the PAPs admin page and experiment with using the 4 different layouts until you find the one best suited to your needs.

Having attribute pictures appear after a default osCommerce dropdown selection is not part of the default behaviour of PAPs, but I can implement this for you as a custom project (I've done this job before for other customers). Let me know via email if you're interested and I'll send you a quote.

I hope this answerrs all your questions for now. Let me know if you have any further queries.

Regards

Nick

Hi Thomas

You can contact me via the 'Contact Us' page on this website.

You would need to first purchase the premium version of PAPs and then I could perform the modification for you for $80.

Let me know via 'Contact Us' if you are interested and I'll send you further details.

Regards

Nick
